Dr. Richmond is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and provides expert psychiatric care to patients in the hospital and outpatient settings in several states in the United States. Dr. Richmond also has coaching programs targeting telepsychiatry services to patients in select states who have found it difficult to obtain psychiatric services from a trusted mental health provider.

Dr. Richmond is a dynamic and engaging speaker; he specializes in a variety of topics ranging from: mental health, organizational consulting, and leadership coaching for leaders interested in being expertly supported during transitions and transforms in their lives.  Dr. Richmond also has a coaching programs targeting new leaders, navigating change in the workplace, and effective ways to navigate mental health challenges in the workplace.
